    With over 10 years experienced in European Management Consultancy and having transferred into the Debt Recovery industry in 2000, Melanie Fraser created SGP with Steve Fraser to bring together their complementary skill sets to resolve disputed debts for clients.

    “Our aim was to create a Debt Recovery company whose focus is collecting debt and retaining clients. Having grown from a small rented office with 3 people in 2004, to purchasing our own 2 storey office building in 2007, SGP continues to grow both in collections for our clients and services provided”

    Steve Fraser ACA is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years experience in National Retail Loss Prevention & Risk Management. Whilst managing our Finance Department, Steve also heads our Engineering & Construction Dispute Resolution Team.

    Jeanne Byrne is a Director of SGP with 22 years experience in the Debt Recovery industry. Although semi-retired Jeanne still provides SGP with the benefit of her years of experience and continues to ensure our new clients’ terms and conditions are updated to provide as much protection from debts arising as possible.

  • Rosemary McCreevy – Head of Collections & Legal Recovery

    Rosemary McCreevy – Head of Collections & Legal Recovery

    Rosemary was recruited by SGP in June 2011 specifically to manage our growing legal department. A Legal Executive with extensive experience in the corporate recovery sector, Rosemary will enable clients to access new and extended legal services, whilst attempting to resolve debts prior to hearings.

    Dan is orginally from North Carolina in North America, but joined us in January 2007. Whilst managing our International Debt Department Dan also specilises in Private School, Construction & High Value Debt.

  • Mark Harkin – E-Commerce/E-Marketing Officer

    Mark Harkin – E-Commerce/E-Marketing Officer

    Mark Joined SGP in November 2011 to fill the position of an E-Commerce/E-Marketing Officer with several years experience within e-commerce and online marketing.  Mark administers all digital channels of SGP whilst delivering online marketing campaigns.
