I would like to commend Rosemary McCreevey. She has been working above and beyond the call of duty to try and help us with a very fraught debt collection.

She was always totally professional, gave me all the facts, then left me to make my own decisions. To remain friendly, cheerful and determined was a real help while we were struggling to decide how to handle a deeply unpleasant situation. I have conveyed my thanks to her, but would like to add a more formal comment to you. I always like to know how my staff have come across, so wanted you to have the same positive feedback.
